Olympic BMXer Donny Robinson: Small in Stature, Big in Purpose

Bronze medal champ Donny Robinson’s career started at age 6 and culminated in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Often the center of attention, he encountered Christians who showed him the importance of making God the center of his life. He says he always did the best he could but he knew he needed to leave the outcome to God.

lympic Bronze medalist Donny “dR” Robinson takes his position as a Christian role model for young people seriously. But he has a hard time suppressing laughter when he stops and thinks what’s put him in that position. “It’s weird to think that at 25 years old, I’m making a living riding a little kid’s bike,” he says.

To have the privilege of helping him onstage is overwhelming. I wish you could see what happens in the audience when we tell them that he had a fall and that he has had memory loss. Please Sign In
