or a perspective change on church growth, get your hands on a copy of “Church Unique: How Missional Leaders Cast Vision, Capture Culture, and Create Movement,” by Will Mancini (Jossey-Bass, 2008). How the Body of Christ views the numerical growth of individual congregations is a hot topic. Many congregations feel they should have programs that reach every sector of the population so that no one is left out. Still others feel the primary method of “growing” a church is through friendly, seeker-sensitive preaching and teaching.

To have the privilege of helping him onstage is overwhelming. I wish you could see what happens in the audience when we tell them that he had a fall and that he has had memory loss. Please Sign In
