inger/songwriter Anthony Evans has already made a name for himself. Considering his family heritage, that is no mean feat. Home is now in Franklin, Tennessee, but he always finds time to spend with his family in Dallas. His dad, Dr. Tony Evans, is pastor of Oak Creek Bible Fellowship church in Dallas, Texas; president of The Urban Alternative Christian ministry with radio broadcasts and conferences; and developed Project Turn-Around, the model for the faith-based ministry National Church Adopt-A-School Initiative (NCAASI). His mother, Dr. Lois Evans, is the executive vice president of The Urban Alternative and is an author and speaker. Anthony's sister, Priscilla Schirer, is a well-known author and speaker. His other sister, Chrystal Hurst, left the corporate world to focus on her family as the self-professed COO of her home. Younger brother Jonathan is pursuing a career in professional football.

To have the privilege of helping him onstage is overwhelming. I wish you could see what happens in the audience when we tell them that he had a fall and that he has had memory loss. Please Sign In
