Looking for a way to help feed hungry Americans? You and your church group, or several sister churches, could organize an initiative similar to the partnering effort of Newman’s Own products and Ford Motor Company, or join the efforts of groups like this who are connected with “Feeding America,” or you could even help feed others by buying the companies’ products.

hicago, IL, August 18, 2009 -- Today, Ford Motor Company and Newman’s Own, Inc. announced their continued commitment to combat hunger by extending their partnership with Feeding America – the nation’s largest domestic hunger relief organization. This month, through the “Partnership for Hunger Relief,” Ford Motor Company and Newman’s Own, Inc. will donate seven refrigerated trucks, bringing their donation total to 89 trucks in 42 states since the partnership began nine years ago.

To have the privilege of helping him onstage is overwhelming. I wish you could see what happens in the audience when we tell them that he had a fall and that he has had memory loss. Please Sign In
