What challenges face a couple with a child who has Down Syndrome? Is there anything in God’s Word that tells us how to act in such circumstances?

W

hen God blessed Amanda Briney, giving her a tender floral bud with a tiny thorn attached, she never once wished she’d been given the perfect bloom. Instead, through many prayers and lots of hard work, she’s gratefully watched her Lilly blossom. Amanda’s daughter, Lilly, has Down Syndrome.

To have the privilege of helping him onstage is overwhelming. I wish you could see what happens in the audience when we tell them that he had a fall and that he has had memory loss. Please Sign In
